Scheduled to take place this upcoming Sunday on June 1, at the Allstate Arena in Chicago, it was announced on Raw that El Torito and Hornswoggle will face each other again at Payback under the “Mask vs Hair” stipulation.
As quoted by WWE.com, “The biggest little rivalry in WWE will intensify in a major way when El Torito and Hornswoggle tangle on WWE Payback Kickoff in an ultra-rare Mask vs. Hair Match. If El Torito wins, Hornswoggle will be forced to shave his head. If Hornswoggle prevails, Los Matadores’ corner man will be unmasked.”
