Just a day later, on this week’s Raw, WWE universe saw Paige go one on one with Charlotte for the WWE Women’s Championship. This created a bit of confusion among the WWE universe. There were several speculations floating around claiming that the whole scene was a setup for Total Divas. But, Wrestlinginc reports that the incident was indeed real and is not a setup for Total Divas.
Paige was apparently detained at Las Vegas by the police, however, no charges were filed against her. It was reported that she was taken to a hospital and subsequently released from there. Apparently, Paige was also cleared to wrestle as she was on action on Monday night. Wrestlinginc also reports that WWE is looking into the matter.
When asked about the arrest of her daughter, Saraya Knight replied that she did not know anything about the incident. You can see her tweets below.
