The United Kingdom Championship Tournament will return to the WWE Network this summer in June for two nights. In case you didn’t know… During the Business Partner Summit over WrestleMania weekend, Triple H revealed that June 18th and 19th will be the dates for the second UK Championship Tournament. The inaugural UK Championship tournament took place in January 2017, before the Royal Rumble, and saw Tyler Bate become the Champion on the second day of the contest....

In case you didn’t know… The late 1990s/early 2000s are widely considered to be the best years of WWE programming, largely thanks to the company’s TV-14 rating and storylines that were aimed at older viewers. In recent months, there has been a noticeable change in approach with WWE’s on-screen product, with segments involving the likes of Alexa Bliss, Maria Kanellis and Drake Maverick having an edgier tone. This has led to speculation that, much like new promotion AEW, WWE could revert back to the TV-14 rating that proved so popular in the Attitude Era, ending its PG rating in the process....

In case you didn’t know… Vince Russo served as a writer for WWE between 1992-1999 before jumping ship to WCW and help lead their writing team. Unfortunately for Russo, after getting beaten in the ratings by WCW for over a year, WWE finally turned the tables and eventually bought out WCW in 2001. Ever since then, however, Russo has been spouting off at the mouth about all of WWE’s perceived mistakes and simultaneously begging the company to take him back....

In case you didn’t know… War Machine formed in 2014 when Warbeard Hanson and Raymond Rowe joined forces. The pair have wrestled across the world and across several different promotions, including ROH, NJPW and ICW. The illustrious tag team will be looking to add to their lengthy list of achievements, which includes winning the Ring Of Honor World Tag Team Championships once and the IWGP Tag Team Championships twice. The heart of the matter One day after another huge signing in Ricochet had a vignette shown on WWE television, the monstrous tag team of War Machine, whose signing was at the same time as the high-flyer, seem to be making strides towards their television debut, too....

In the interview, Styles spoke about the NXT Women’s Champion, Asuka, being the best striker amongst the women in NXT and how they might have to go and recruit someone from outside to find a striker as good as her. He also goes on to mention that there are several women in developmental who aren’t even on NXT television. He says that Finn Balor is the next big thing in WWE....

With that being said, given their content struggles in recent weeks, the WWE’s recent announcement regarding the network is only going to make things worse. Kevin Owens has not been seen on TV for the past few weeks. The Prizefighter isn’t being used because the original plans for him and Sami Zayn have been put on hold, per reports. However, the former Universal Champion wants a first-time-ever match against Rey Mysterio when he returns. #3. Arguably the best feud in all of wrestling continues with Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano set to face off once again but with a big wrinkle. This time, the NXT Championship will be on the line with Ciampa recently winning the title from Aleister Black who will also be in the Triple Threat match. Three other titles will be up for grabs on the show including the NXT Women’s Championship, the NXT Tag Team Championship, and the NXT North American Championship....

All of this indicates that WWE is priming up the Beast Slayer for a heel turn. Or perhaps the company’s intending to traverse a different route and looking to keep him a face, albeit as a polarizing and controversial figure (à la John Cena and Roman Reigns ). What has caused the WWE Universe to ultimately turn on Seth Rollins? What we see we look at Seth now is a guy who appears to be in a constant tussle with the fans and critics....

In this article, we will take a look at superstars who impressed us on WWE RAW this week and those who didn’t. #1 Impressed on WWE RAW: Randy Orton Tonight’s episode of WWE RAW had a handful of redeeming moments, and Randy Orton was responsible for half of them. He had a great match against Riddle on the Red brand last week. As it turns out, Riddle’s performance impressed The Viper enough for him to consider the former’s proposal to form a tag team, R-K-Bro....

Since the Royal Rumble match, WWE has decreased focus on the rivalry between The Architect and The Beast. Both are one of the biggest names in the wrestling industry, but still, the crowd isn’t charged up for their match. But, as per WWE, one week is enough to excite the fans about this upcoming bout. Next week’s Raw is also going to be the go-home show for WrestleMania, which alone makes us believe that something significant is going to happen....

Also check: RAW results video. WWE looked to be in the mood to break records on the go-home show as the Gauntlet match featuring all the 7 Chamber participants began the night in Pheonix, Arizona. Gauntlet match Roman Reigns came out to a hostile reaction with a handful of fan signs being prominently featured. He cut a promo ahead of the Elimination Chamber match and named all the competitors in the match, each of them getting a solid reaction from the Pheonix fans....

Ryback starts out by telling everyone that from now on he is going to be the one to make all decisions regarding his career and he hopes to get his momentum back. Further in the Q&A, he talks about going back to wearing a singlet instead of trunks, which he reveals he started wearing because that is what Vince McMahon wanted. After asking Vince why he should wear trunks, Vince evidently replied,” We are all Meatheads!...

In case you didn’t know… Since leaving WWE, Ryback has been hosting a weekly podcast called “Conversation with the Big Guy,” with Pat Buck — an independent wrestler/promoter. Ryback has also made sporadic appearances on the independent circuit but he hasn’t signed a long-term contract with any particular promotion. The heart of the matter At one point during the conversation, the topic of dating fans was brought up. Phoenix Marie, an adult film star who was a guest on the podcast, mentioned that she never would want to date a fan....

Joe stated that WWE veterans Paul Heyman, Road Dogg, Christian and Joey Mercury put in a good word for him with WWE’s Executive Vice President of Talent, Live Events and Creative, Triple H. In case you didn’t know… Samoa Joe, whose real name is Nuufolau Joel Seanoa, is perhaps best known to fans for his work in Impact Wrestling and ROH among other notable promotions since he made his debut in 1999....

In a recent interview with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, former WWE superstar Santino Marella spoke about who he wants to be the winner of this year’s Royal Rumble and also discussed some of his memorable moments from the match over the years including his record for the shortest appearance. In case you didn’t know… During the years that he spent as a performer for the WWE, Marella participated in a number of Royal Rumble matches, starting from the one in 2008 where he was eliminated in 25 seconds by The Undertaker....

The heart of the matter With two episodes of Raw still to go before this year’s Wrestlemania, Seth Rollins took to Twitter to address his fans and has vowed to ‘change the world again’ at Wrestlemania 35. In Case You Didn’t Know… Following Roman Reigns’ move to Smackdown and Dean Ambrose leaving the company, Seth Rollins is riding solo at the moment as the Universal Champion on Raw. He wants to convert Monday Night RAW back into “Monday Night Rollins” and is aware that a battle between RAW and SmackDown is coming with the Blue Brand moving to FOX in the Fall. The Heart of the Matter… Talking about being the top champion of the Red brand, The Beastslayer feels that there is a lot of pressure being the top guy, but he is looking forward to the challenges as it will be a new experience for him....
