The fact that they’re on two different levels makes it interesting that they’ve seemed to gel along against the tag team Champions Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax. Asuka found an ally in Lana after the latter prevented Nia Jax from sending the RAW Women’s Champion through a table....

In 2005, the brand moved to Friday nights, despite the time slot being a supposed ‘death-spot’ where many shows performed poorly. In July 2016, SmackDown became a live show, and moved to Tuesday nights as part of the WWE Brand Extension. In 2019, SmackDown will move to the FOX network, in a deal that is expected to make WWE over $2 million per year....

The match ended in a count out win for Kevin Owens as AJ Styles’ leg was caught in the announcer’s desk and was unable to make it to the ring. After Monday Night RAW went off the air last night, the Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar made his way down to the ring. As we found out right before the finals of the Cruiserweight Classic, Triple H introduced the new Cruiserweight Championship....

McIntyre stated that as the leader of the locker room, Roman Reigns has ruined Monday Night Raw. In case you didn’t know Roman Reigns and Drew McIntyre are all set to face off against each other at The Grandest Stage Of Them All. The rivalry kicked off when Roman Reigns made his long-awaited return to WWE and proceeded to save Dean Ambrose from McIntyre and others. McIntyre went on to put down the entire Shield one by one, and challenged Reigns to a match at WrestleMania 35....

However, the WWE roster is so jam-packed right now that some might not get a chance to showcase their talent on the grandest stage of them all. This year, we already have one superstar confirming that he won’t be on the show – Mike Kanellis. In case you didn’t know… Mike Kanellis and Maria Kanellis made their debuts in June 2017 were off TV very soon. Mike wrestled 4 times before heading for rehab while Maria got pregnant and went on a hiatus....

At NXT TakeOver, Shayna Baszler barely escaped with her NXT Women’s Championship. Mia Yim took the fight to her, refusing to back down from the Queen of Spades unlike anyone has done before. It seems like that may have impressed her, as Baszler gave the HBIC an interesting offer. Adam Cole and the Undisputed Era kicked off NXT this week, with the Panama City Playboy gloating about his successful title defense against Johnny Gargano at NXT TakeOver: Toronto....

JD McDonagh interrupted the promo and said that he would end Ilja’s career if he tried to get between him and the NXT title before Bron joined them as well. JD said that he wanted to face Bron after Breaker and Ilja beat each other up but the Champ proposed a triple threat match as NXT continued. Backstage on NXT, Briggs & Jensen were in the middle of a brawl with Gallus while security tried to separate them and break it up....

Braxton has been a member of the WWE staff since 2016, and has carried out a number of roles within the company. She worked as a ring announcer on NXT and has performed backstage interviewing duties on both NXT and the main roster. She even briefly co-hosted WWE Talking Smack alongside legendary manager Paul Heyman. This is where she was allowed to show off a more fiery side of the Braxton character....

Yes, this rule would allow 4 superstars from Raw and SmackDown to move between brands each week for one-night-only appearances. While this would certainly turn things interesting and may draw a few more eyeballs each week, I, personally am not a big fan of it as it completely defeats the purpose of the brand split. On another note, WWE did well to create confusion and difference between the duo of Styles and Rollins and it would be interesting to see how Seth responds to Styles abandoning him during the tag team match last week....

As expected, one of the main focuses of the night was Universal Champion Seth Rollins. Initially scheduled to defend his title against Mysterio, Rollins put out an open challenge to anyone backstage.Surprisingly, the Superstar who decided to step up was Rusev. This was despite the fact that Rusev earlier joined Team Hogan alongside Rollins, during the Miz TV segment. As shocking as that was, what transpired in the main event left everyone scratching their heads, as The Fiend appeared out of nowhere and took out Seth Rollins before their clash this Sunday at Hell in a Cell....

The new year for WWE’s flagship brand- RAW, will begin with the arrival of The Beast Incarnate, whose Royal Rumble opponent will likely be determined on next week’s explosive episode. What we know for sure is that every time Brock Lesnar appears on our TV screens, something crazy’s bound to happen. It’s been an exhausting few days of pro wrestling, if you account for SmackDown, Bound For Glory, and then Hell in a Cell, leading up to WWE RAW, and there was a sense of tiredness to the proceedings for sure, but the stage was set for the following weeks. In case you didn’t know… At the most recent NXT Takeover event, Brooklyn III, Sanity’s Alexander Wolfe and Eric Young captured the NXT Tag Team Championships, defeating the Authors of Pain. It is the first championship Eric Young has won in the WWE.
